Section 1 - Purpose

These Terms govern the sale of NOCTA products made on noctaofficial.com. Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Section 2 - Products

The products offered are authentic NOCTA (Drake x Nike) items. Each product comes with its certificate of authenticity and the original Nike invoice. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product.

Section 3 - Prices

Prices are shown in GBP including VAT. NOCTA UK reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are charged at the price in force at the time of the order. The -20% bundle offer applies automatically when you buy 2 items or more.

Section 4 - Orders

The order is confirmed by a confirmation email. NOCTA UK reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds (insufficient stock, anomaly, fraud).

Section 5 - Payment

Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or in 3 interest-free instalments via Klarna. Payment is secured with SSL encryption.

Section 6 - Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24h (working days). Delivery takes 48h across mainland UK. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum.

Section 7 - Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right to cancel. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Returns are free. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Section 8 - Warranties

All products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
